His work have been presented on Exhibitions, Biennales and International Art Fairs in Dubai, Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong, Paris, Malcha, New York, Mexico City, Bogota and Monterrey. In 2006 he won the FONECA Creators Grant. In 2007 is selected to present his work in Bogota at the Siart International Art Biennale. In 2012 his work is selected for the second time to participate on the 10th anniversary of FEMSA Monterrey Biennale, which takes place on the Contemporary Art Museum of Monterrey (MARCO). In 2014 presents part of his work in Dubai on the exhibit “Visions of Abstraction” at Opera Gallery.
His work begins with the study and research of global
context and the result is an abstract deconstruction of landscapes, primary
focused on technology and the constant need of cities systematization. The landscape is represented with individual
lines that integrate and create codes and color spaces that comes alive with
time and space as architecture does.
The meticulous experimentation of color, lines and light
is always present in his work. Color lines collides and create complex forms, sequences
and geometric variations that generates chromatic spectrums which like
architectural deconstruction wants to create a visual or emotional impact.
His work is part of public and
private collections.
